They're pushing the 80+% efficienct power supplies.    I was really happy to find that some vendors (newegg.com specifically) were listing the efficiency of the power supplies on their webpage.    Some of their guided searching allows you to select processors by their power draw.</description>

		<description>Well, I've mostly dealt with this with white-box vendors.    I know that Thinkmate (http://www.thinkmate.com/ ) and Iron Systems (http://www.ironsystems.com/ ) offer some amount of flexibility in being able to choose what you want to put into it.    I assume that most white-box vendors that build a significant number of machines will have some idea as to what options exist.    You can also roll your own, if you're just looking for small numbers of boxes.   When I'm dealing with it, I just try and look at the whole box, and try to optimize for what makes sense.</description>
